French immersion program

The French immersion programs I propose to you offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to learning French. Your stay will include accommodation in a private apartment within my home, ensuring both comfort and privacy. This immersive environment allows you to practice French continuously in a supportive and authentic setting.

The standard all-inclusive homestay program includes:

• a personalized level test carried out by Georgiana
• A minimum of 35 hours of French practice including :

• 10 hours per week of one-on-one French lessons with Georgiana. These personalized lessons designed to meet your specific learning goals and needs.
• Every day, lunch and dinner homemade meals are the subject of active conversation, with Georgiana during lunch, and with the whole family during dinner.
• 3 activities with guided French conversation with Georgiana.
  Practise your French in authentic, real-life situations through a variety of carefully selected cultural and leisure activities. These may include museum visits, tours of historical monuments, culinary workshops, local market visits, neighbourhood walks, and guided scenic walks in the beautiful Vallée de Chevreuse, offering the perfect balance between language learning, cultural discovery, and relaxation.
• As part of the programme, one of the three activities may be a guided visit to a Parisian museum, chosen by the student from a selection of approximately ten renowned museums according to their interests (history, art, literature, fashion, science, or Parisian heritage). Throughout the visit, Georgiana provides personalised French-language guidance and conversation practice, helping students enrich their vocabulary while discovering some of the finest cultural treasures of Paris.

Each activity is designed to encourage natural communication, improve listening and speaking skills, and provide meaningful cultural immersion beyond the classroom.

• 2 organic and homemade meals(breakfast, lunch or diner) each day prepared by Georgiana and her husband.
• Your private 350 sq ft apartment belonging to Georgiana’s house with access to the 11 400 sq ft bucolic garden.

This typical program can be customized to suit your preferences, for example:

• The number of one-to-one French instruction hours can be adjusted upwards or downwards
• Georgiana can accommodate up to 3 people travelling together (degressive rate)
